Refund Policy

Where you bought it decides who can refund it. A purchase made on this website is final and non-refundable, and the next section explains why. A purchase made inside the USMLE Pulse app is sold by Apple under Apple’s own terms. We cannot refund it and we cannot cancel it, but Apple can.
Please read whichever section applies to you before completing a purchase. By paying, you agree to these terms.
All sales are final
This section is about purchases made on this website, where our own payment provider takes the payment.
Because our products deliver immediate access to digital study material, study plans, Pulse Notes, the Library, and premium features, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. This applies to all plans, notes, Pomodoro Pro, and any other digital product on the site.
Access begins the moment your payment succeeds, and digital content cannot be returned once it has been viewed or downloaded.
Try before you buy
Every new account gets the first three modules of the plan free, with no card required and no time limit, so you can decide whether USMLE Pulse is right for you before spending anything. We strongly encourage you to work through them properly first.
Mentorship and tutoring
Mentorship packages and 1-on-1 tutoring sessions are personalized services reserved specifically for you, and are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a booked session, contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to move it.
If you bought inside the app
Purchases made inside the USMLE Pulse iPhone or iPad app are sold by Apple, not by us. Apple takes the payment, Apple holds the subscription, and Apple’s terms, not this page, decide whether a refund is possible.
We cannot refund an in-app purchase, and we cannot cancel an in-app subscription. We never receive the payment and have no access to it. What we can do is work out what happened and make sure your account shows what you bought.
Asking Apple for a refund
Use Apple’s own process. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase. Apple decides the outcome.
Cancelling an in-app subscription
An in-app subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the same price, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings. If you subscribed at a sale or introductory price shown in the App Store, that price covers the first period only; renewals are at the regular price.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for. You keep access until that period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription; it has to be cancelled in your Apple Account settings.
If your access is wrong
If you paid in the app and your account does not show what you bought. That is ours to fix rather than Apple’s. Try Restore purchases on the Premium screen first. It re-checks your purchase with Apple. If that does not sort it, email us and we will.
If something goes wrong
This policy is about change of mind. It is not a way to avoid our responsibilities. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or never received access to something you paid for, contact us and we will always make it right.

Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider, genuine issues such as duplicate charges or missing access are resolved much faster directly with us.
This applies to purchases made on the website. There is nothing to dispute with your bank for an in-app purchase. That goes to Apple.
